For forward orders we require a deposit of 25% to protect stock with the balance before delivery.
We sell in £s in the UK, € in Europe and $s in the rest of the world.
Canada
- Standard Delivery - FedEx/UPS: Orders up to $1299.99 = $80.00
- Standard Delivery - FedEx/UPS: Orders $1300 and up = Free
Europe
- Standard Delivery: Orders up to €649.99 = €25.00
- Standard Delivery: Orders €650.00 and up = Free
United Kingdom
- Standard Delivery - DHL: Orders up to £499.99 =£15
- Standard Delivery - DHL: Orders £500 and up = Free
United States
- Standard Delivery - FedEx/UPS: Orders up to $999.99 = $60
- Standard Delivery - FedEx/UPS: Orders $1000 and up = Free
Rest of the World
- Standard Delivery - FedEx/UPS: Orders up to $1999.99 = $100
- Standard Delivery - FedEx/UPS: Orders $2000 and up = Free
Duty & Payments
Customers who pre-ordered can top up the season with no minimums applied.
No duty is payable by customers in the UK, EU, Canada or the US.
Outside these areas local duties are the responsibility of customers including other customers in Europe, but not in the EU. We typically use DHL for international shipments who normally provide a good customs clearance service.
Payments:
We can accept payments into our Monzo bank account (UK customers) or Wise account (international customers) or by debit or credit card.
